Optimal Arousal State
We created these guides so Erin’s teaching, guidance, and support could be available to more families. Each guide walks you through an important part of supporting your loved one. Some guides include checklists, trackers, or quick-reference pages you can print and use as you go. Stick them on the fridge, create a binder, or print the pages you want to refer back to during daily routines.
These resources are included with your membership and intended for your personal use. If your family has a personal care team supporting your loved one, you’re welcome to share these guides with them as part of your loved one’s care.
If you’re a clinician and would like to use these resources in your practice, please reach out to us first so we can ensure you have the appropriate access and permissions.
