Intentional Motor Coaching

In The Moment Support for Apraxic Autism Families

Intentional Motor Workouts are designed for families who want to go deeper into movement-based support and do it with guidance, not guesswork.

These live, virtual sessions allow our support team to observe your child and guide you through real-life motor challenges as they happen. You’ll learn how to break down movements, coach your child’s body in the moment, and adjust your support based on what you’re seeing and feeling together.

For many families, this is the next step after coaching, a more immersive experience that pairs real-time observation with hands-on practice.

During our Intentional Motor Workouts, your coach will observe and support you in real time as you support your apraxic loved one’s body through motor tasks.

What to Expect

Our virtual Intentional Motor support package includes:

  • 5 intentional motor sessions with you and your apraxic loved one (50 minutes each)
These are live Google Meet video sessions where your coach will guide you through setting up a motor routine or working through a task. They will be able to watch what’s happening in real time, which allows them to help you adjust your support in the moment and coach you if any challenges arise.

  • 5 caregiver-only consults (30 minutes each)
These follow-up calls are for parents, CRPs, or team members to reflect, plan, and process, without the individual needing to be present. This is where you can ask questions, clarify strategies, and prepare for the next workout. The individual is welcome to join, as long as everyone feels they are able to show up best for learning and discussion.

  • 3 personalized video feedback reflections
Submit a video between sessions, and your designated coach will review and send tailored feedback to keep progress moving forward.

  • Google Classroom access
All your session summaries, video recordings, handouts, and resources are stored here, so your entire support team can stay aligned.

  • Support between sessions
You’ll have access to your coach via email, text, and classroom to keep the work going between calls.

Why IM Workouts Are So Beneficial to Families

Sometimes, the most helpful support comes in the middle of the moment, not before or after. We work through foundational movements patterns and evolve from there to meet the specific needs of your loved one. This isn’t a cookie cutter workout program, we can promise you that! In fact, we don’t want it to be that way, because then things become automatic, which is exactly the opposite of intentional movements!

Intentional Motor Workouts are designed to give you exactly that: live, guided coaching during movement tasks that challenge your child’s body and nervous system.

When our coaches are able to observe what's unfolding in real time—how your child is responding, how their body is moving, where the breakdown is happening—it allows them to offer highly specific, in-the-moment strategies that are often hard to revisit later through discussion alone.

Here’s How To Get Started

Not sure if IM Workouts are the best fit for your family? That’s exactly what our free intro call is for. You don’t have to decide on the best package right now—we’ll figure that out together.

In this free 15-minute call, Erin will:
