Intentional Movement: Situps

 

In this intentional movement activity, Erin demonstrates how to motor coach Sit-Ups, including where to place the body and how to cue the movement from lying down to sitting up. The activity gives the body practice coordinating the core, upper body, and legs through one complete movement sequence.
