Visualization can be a powerful way to prepare the brain and body before an activity begins. This video walks you through how to use visualization as a pre-coaching tool, helping the individual mentally rehearse the steps, body positions, and sensory expectations before they’re asked to take action. The goal is not to over-explain or teach “expected behaviors,” but to build confidence, support the brain-body connection, and give the nervous system more time to prepare.
